RETURNS
The Bear Wellness policy is effective for 30 days. After 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, Bear Wellness cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it received it; including the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from returns.
Non-returnable items:
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on the part of Bear Wellness.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we will require an order/reference number to verify your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once a return is received and inspected, Bear Wellness will then send an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank as it may take some time before you see your refund has posted.

Only items sold at full price qualify for a refund. Sales items do not qualify for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a purchase for the same item, send an email to [email protected] and send the item to: [COMPANY FULL ADDRESS]
Shipping Return
To return your product, please address your return package to: [COMPANY FULL RETURN MAILING ADDRESS]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount of the original purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping any item back to us for any reason, we highly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time: Confirmed orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Bear Wellness tries its best to ship your order within 4 hours on a business day, EXCEPT SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
Bear Wellness does not hold any liability for lost, held, or damaged packages. This includes packages that are late or missed-delivery errors via carrier, nor incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase based on your preferred method of shipping during check out process, so any shipping issues must be handled with your chosen shipper directly. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the shipper, after that, it is out of our control.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
Bear Wellness does not hold any liability lost, damaged or stolen packages. This includes packages confirmed delivered to the address entered at checkout. Upon inquiry, we will then confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH SHIPPING.
